Become a Wisconsin Artist (Ages 6–11)
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, March 28, 29, 30 | 10:30–3:00

Explore your creativity! MOWA’s Director of Cultural Relations Miranda Levy-Adler teaches students about several Wisconsin artists and the techniques they use to produce their art. Students draw, paint, and build 3-D models to create their own masterpieces.

Drawings inspired by Ruth Grotenrath, one of the leading artists of the regionalist movement in Wisconsin

Thursday, March 29
Architecture inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright, who has been depicted as the great American architect of the twentieth century

Friday, March 30
Paintings inspired by John Wilde, a surrealist whose work is characterized by dreamlike fantasy and hyper-realism
