Chalk Art Creations

Art & Chalk Fest brings together a diverse pool of creatives in celebration. For two jam-packed days, live art will animate the museum grounds.

Chalk artists will render amazing large-scale compositions on a 10×10-foot parcel of pavement. Stop back throughout the two days to see the creations come to life from initial sketches to full-blown ephemeral works of art.

Artists+Artisans

Live Arts All Weekend Long

Designed to shine a spotlight on the state’s art and artists, Art & Chalk Fest invites artists to demo their art-making process and sell their original artwork.

Wander the museum grounds and explore live arts—fine artists will offer live demonstrations in glass blowing, pottery throwing, and more. Artisans working with flowers and papermaking will surprise with their unconventional creations available for purchase. And kids will flock to the face-painting and balloon sculpture artists.
