Fly a Kite for Screen-Free Week
Sunday, May 2 | 10:00–4:00

Let’s go fly a kite at MOWA! Join us on Sunday, May 2 to create, customize, and fly kites in the MOWA gardens. Each participant will receive a kit to make their own paper bag kite. Families are welcome to fly their new kites or to bring their own from home to fly. Kite kits are limited and handed out at the front desk on a first-come-first-serve basis.

This program will kick off Screen-Free Week, a national effort to replace screen-based entertainment with offline activities. Froedtert, Aurora Health Care, and the Washington Ozaukee Public Health Department will be organizing local events every day the week of May 2 – 9.
