Ballroom Basics for Balance uses basic dance movements to help people practice balance, increase confidence, and reduce fear of movement in a fun way. Physical therapist Susan Frikken will demonstrate ballroom, salsa, disco, jazz, and other popular dance techniques to promote better balance. Sitting and standing options available.
