Learn how to cook using lavender with MOWA public programs assistant and owner of Century Farmhouse, Ann Marie Craig. Cooking with lavender is easier than you think! In this workshop, you’ll learn about the differences between culinary and aromatic lavender and how to use them for the best results. Then you’ll create your own lavender sugar to take home to bake in your own beautiful and fragrant holiday desserts. You’ll also receive a complimentary booklet of lavender recipes, including The Lavender’s Blue Tart (pictured above) which you’ll also be able to taste.
