MINDFUL MAKING AND YOGA
Tuesday–Thursday, July 19–21
Young artists will work alongside a certified yoga instructor as they practice poses, breathing exercises, and techniques to calm the mind and body. At the end of each class, the participants will create a process-driven art project to encourage self-confidence, creative expression, and well-being. Art activities include ink drawing, watercolor painting, collage, and more! All supplies included.
