Emerging Artist Forum
Saturday, March 14 | 1:00–4:00

Pursuing a career in the arts is both highly fulfilling and uniquely challenging. There may not be a single recipe for success, but the Museum of Wisconsin Art is a great place to start. MOWA collaborates with many of the most talented and successful artists, educators, gallery owners, influencers, and collectors in the state—individuals who want to support emerging Wisconsin artists.

Artists are invited to attend an afternoon of networking and round-table discussions about professional practices in the arts. Guest artists, professors, and gallery owners will share their wisdom, experiences, and unique viewpoints. Discussion topics will include gallery representation, legal contracts and liability, selling artwork, branding, residencies, as well as involvement with art institutions and collectives.

$20 | Registration includes a complimentary MOWA membership for one full year
