Often called “The Gentle Mother of Tai Chi,” Qigong is a movement using meditation to improve self-health and well-being. Certified medical exercise specialist and Qigong teacher Jo Chern will lead a soothing hour of calm energy and graceful breath. Qigong can be performed standing or seated and modified for any ability.
