On the occasion of the Tom Jones retrospective, MOWA offers a behind-the-scenes look at its photography collection with artist and photographer Kevin J. Miyazaki. His art has been exhibited at museums and galleries throughout the country and was featured in MOWA’s 2019 Among the Wonders of the Dells exhibition. His assignment work has taken him around the world for clients including The New York Times, Travel + Leisure, National Geographic, and Architectural Digest. Come together to learn about his top selections from MOWA’s collection including works by H.H. Bennett, Edward Curtis, Steven Foster, Shimon Lindemann, and Alfred Stieglitz. Explore the different photographic styles and techniques and discuss contemporary work and perspectives.
