Enjoy spring break week with family fun at MOWA. Members of all ages are welcome to drop in and make new memories, meet artists, and enjoy family-friendly art making. FREE for members.

Bird Parade: Intention Setting Workshop | Hattie Grimm

April 1 | 10:00–NOON

Parade at NOON

Create a personalized bird puppet with artist and educator Hattie Grimm, then bring it to life in a parade filled with movement, sound, and shared joy. Participants will also receive an artist-designed take-home art kit.

Teen Art Meetup

April 1 | 2:00-4:00

High schoolers are invited to hang out with friends, enjoy the museum, and create an artistic project with MOWA’s Teen Council.

All high school students are eligible for a FREE single-level membership. Students must present a valid high school ID when signing up. No registration required.

Zentangle Magnets

April 2 | 10:00–NOON

FREE for all members

Create a magnet using repetitive zentangle-style doodle patterns. Seek inspiration from the stunning surface designs featured in Kelly Jean Ohl’s ceramic work.

Comfort Stones

April 3 | 10:00–NOON

FREE for all members

Create a small comfort stone using clay and simple hand-building techniques. Inspired by ceramic artist Kelly Jean Ohl and offered in partnership with NAMI Washington County, this drop-in experience invites participants to slow down and explore texture, touch, and gentle reflection.
