The benefits of meditation are striking: improved relationships, enhanced immune system, increased resiliency, stress and anxiety management, and improved brain function. How can meditation do all that? Dr. Bob McGrath, professor emeritus at UW–Madison, will discuss how meditative practice can have an almost magical, positive effect on people. We’ll incorporate the practices of Moving Meditation
(Qi Gong) and mindfulness, using art as inspiration.
