MOWA offers a creative and inspiring space for your family. A variety of experiences from drop-in art-making activities to family workshops are available.

Second Saturday

All ages

Drop-in on the second Saturday, 10:00–2:00

Second Saturday is a lively monthly event that turns the entire museum into a destination for creative experiences. Families can explore the museum and participate in drop-in art-making activities, live entertainment, gallery tours, and more. Every month offers something new! Second Saturday takes place on the second Saturday of each month; drop in 10:00–2:00. Free for Members. Second Saturday is sponsored by the Leola Culver Family Foundation.

Mini Makers

Five and under

Drop in on the last Wednesday, 10:00–11:30

It’s never too early to foster creativity. Toddlers and caregivers explore art together in this monthly program. Each drop-in session features new forms of art-making and self-guided gallery activities. Drop-in 10:00–11:30. Recommended for children ages 5 and under. Free for Members.
